   Shop Floor Management: - Responsible for production planning. Supervision of assembly line issues, defects. Monitor hourly production status on each line, capacity improvement, Appraising staff performance. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly production report, KPI report and weekly PPT.  Planning and organizing production schedules with PMC team.  Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime. Control attendance and overtime work. Work with IE to improve the process technology, improve line balance rate, and improve the utilization rate of standard working hours. Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements. Achieve production target, line balancing, manpower handling. manpower mapping during production process, control manpower absenteeism. Responsible process yield, soldering defect rate, scrap rate, process defect rate. Familiar with Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Participate in process development and optimization, analyze and solve various problems in the production site, and develop permanent countermeasures to prevent recurrence. Previse teams to operate according to SOP, output IPQC audit TOP3 Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices Stock Management: - Responsible for controlling of raw material, inventory &rejections, scrap on daily basis. Rework and stock status of the material through SAP. Staff Management: - Ensuring the safety working environment possible for staff. Target Achievement: - Achieve all parameter of KPI. To ensure monthly, weekly & daily production targets are communicating & plan with staff. Planning, executing & controlling- floor activities Review Production & Line rejection  Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed timely and meet quality standard & profitable. Cost Saving Project: Reduce ramp-up cycle for production plan. Increase production capacity Show less
