  -Manage the O&L Quality Review group (2 Senior Quality Review Scientists, 1 Operations and QC Associate, 1 O&L technical Asst)-Handle escalations related to product quality, determine best course of action and execute decision.-Oversee large, high value orders from start to finish (both non-regulated and regulated CTM products). Ensure timely receipt of raw materials to production, and quick turnaround for in process and final QC testing to ensure product is released on or ahead of schedule. See that packaging is scheduled quickly and any other details required are dealt with to ensure customer requirements are met. -Manage the handling of large, detail oriented, complex projects within the O&L department-Onsite Operations and Logistics liaison for the Tewksbury, Ma facility. Meet with product managers, marketing, quoting, customer service to streamline communication in support of the customer.
