  Started with in internship in the "Hydraulics" department at John Deere works, Mannheim (Germany) - 4 months. Finished study at RWTH Aachen University with final thesis about a hydraulic system development project for 6000 series tractors at John Deere, Mannheim - 5 months. Finished with another intership in the hydraulics department (8000 and 9000 series tractors) at John Deere PEC, Waterloo (Iowa, USA) - 3 months.

  Institute for fluid power drives and controls - team leader & deputy chief engineer

  Research & development for hydraulic & pneumatic components and system solutions. Primary objective was the PhD after 5 years. Secondary objective was to learn as much about mobile hydraulic systems and components as possible. Final position as team leader for group "Valve Technology & Mechatronics" and deputy chief engineer.

  Supporting system development for hydrostatic drive train solutions as "System Engineer" and "Project Leader" based on the Danfoss ownerd & certified product development process for software (SW-PDP). Specialization in mechatronic controls for hydrostatic drive trains and shifting solutions for hydrostatic transmissions. Experience in the alignment between gear box supplier, OEM customer, and Danfoss solution needs. In depth experience in integration of measurement technologies into system optimization and technical discussions on operator level to sell Danfoss solutions.
