  I have led the TransCo (Transformation Company) efforts in CNIO with data-driven insights and helped improve technician productivity to the tune of 325k hours in 2021. This translates to $18.8M in savings and was reinvested towards the legacy decommissioning efforts in the four-wall space. We created additional projects and opportunities as a result of TransCo and have sparked a renewed vision for data driven decisions.
