      I received my first job with this company after graduating. I started as a mechanic, than I grew to a maintenance engineer. Later I was promoted to head of maintenance planning department. There I leant how real maintenance works at shop floor. Moreover, I learned about:- Maintenance planning and scheduling, budget preparation;- Preventive maintenance development, with respect to safety regulations; - Reviewing the equipment reliability and failures to solve problems and to identify opportunities for improvement;- Spare parts planning and tracking; - Technical documentation development (drawings, manuals, instructions), using AutoCAD.My biggest achievement there was trust to start a new department (8 people reporting to me) with functions mentioned above. As a Solutions Architect I had the following duties:- Promote SAP solutions in maintenance and production management within biggest Russian companies by means of presentations, explanatory notes, demonstration scenarios, value estimations;- Development of solution roadmaps for both particular corporate customers and entire industry with the focus on maintenance; - Participation in direct marketing activities: conferences, specialized events; - Management of preparing customer proposals.My achievement is developed IT strategy for a leading Russian metal and mining company.However I understood that I am not a real sales person and want to develop in maintenance rather than software selling, so I came back to consulting.       I decided to quit with consulting and came back to industry in order to implement asset management and reliability practice myself without been a side adviser. My task in this position was to transfer maintenance management system from reactive mode to proactive mode and implement CMMS, as well as best reliability practices. In order to achieve this I was occupied with the following:- Processes of maintenance planning and execution development;- Strategic asset management plans development according to ISO 55000;- Maintenance budgeting (labor, spare parts and contractors);- Shutdown and overhaul planning (scope of overhaul, critical path, labor and contractors, spare parts, cranes);- Condition monitoring techniques implementation and condition monitoring department organization;- Equipment database, including equipment criticality and standard work orders (PM) development;- Reliability practices implementation, such as failure accounting and failure analysis, including FMEA and RCA;- Maintenance KPI and reporting system development and implementation;- People management (planning department creation from scratch, 12 planners and reliability engineers reporting directly to me, development plan and performance review for every person).This project has not finished by Feruary 2017, but so far I had the following results:- Schedule compliance have increased from 50% to 80%; - Amount of planned work has been increased from 40% to 85%; - Unplanned downtime for average shutdown and overhaul have been decreased from 30 days to 0 days; - Prepared business case for condition monitoring department creation;- More than 50 thousands pieces of equipment in equipment register, with bills of materials;- More than 50 thousands PMs developed.       Due to family reason I moved to Moscow and started to work for big Rosneft downstream maintenance and reliability improvement project. Scope of the project is 12 oil refinery, we implementing maintenance and reliability template based on SAP PM and Meridium. My main activities:• Equipment master data design – functional locations hierarchy, equipment description;• Business processes “TO BE” development – three main ideas: 1. Different work orders for 'Standard scope' of maintenance and ‘Repair scope’ of maintenance; 2. Maintenance notification for every work order, except PM, explicit reason for every work order; 3. Separate planning and scheduling process (Russia specific).• Russian specific RBI methodology implementation;• Project business case preparation (extended time between overhauls). Show less
