  (English followed)安永全球的IT一线技术支持分三大区域，亚太（APAC），欧洲中东印度及非洲（EMEIA），美洲（AMER），我的职务是统管亚太区(Lead for AsiaPacific Service Desk Level 1)；主要职责涉及根据IT全球战略规划制定亚太区一线技术支持战略，参与全球化的战略部署实施，参与IT项目在亚太区的部署与实施，管理亚太区一线团队的业绩等。 另外大连作为全球几个IT服务共享战略中心之一，有从一线到四线多个IT职能部门，我同事兼任整个大连共享中心的领导职务（Location Lead），主要职责涉及成本的预算，协调各个团队的合作，帮助各个团队的全球领袖了解本地市场，寻找绩效成本优化机会并协助实施等。EY is dividing the global IT first line support into 3 regions，APAC, EMEIA and AMER, my role is managing APAC region. (Lead for AsiaPacific Service Desk Level 1)；main responsibilities include aligning with IT global strategy, create strategy for APAC (service desk) first line support, involved in global strategy deployment/implementation, participate IT projects which are concerned with APAC region, manage the operation performance of APAC first line, etc. Also, Dalian is identified as one of the Global IT shared service strategy center, there are multiple functions across first line to fourth line. I'm acting as Location lead for Dalian center as well, responsible for budgeting, teams collaboration, help each team's global leads understand the local talent market, seek opportunities for cost efficiency, productivity and coordinate with implementation, etc. Kevesebb megjelenítése
