  Responsibility to lead service sales system development and market introduction of USP. Support in the establishment of Portfolio offices in the AMC region. Training project managers in business units and supporting them in following the standardized project management process. Supporting the BUs to list, categorize and prioritize their portfolios. Implemented standardized Portfolio/Project Management Process supported by Microsoft project online in 16 Business Units. Transformed PRINCE2 methodology into Scania standard project management process and redesign Microsoft project online to follow the new process. Based on gathered best practices from markets updated Sales process and shared it with other Business Units worldwide. Implemented Sales tool in AMC and AOR region and trained Superusers in each Business Unit. Delivered projects, which improved cooperation between sales organization and finance organization within Scania Group. Mapped sales processes and implemented a new Sales tool (following improved sales process) in the CER region (including training). Implemented CRM for UT and aftersales.
