Ensure that the Operational and Emergency telecommunications requirements of UNHCR Assosa office are understood, well assessed and prioritised;2. Plan, supervise and manage the telecommunications network in the Assosa Operational area by ensuring that telecommunications infrastructures are in good working conditions and that all Office Units and Camps are able to communicate effectively in Assosa, Addis Ababa, Headquarters and other UNHCR offices in Ethiopia;4.
