The goal of the service is to help parents easily and quickly find a reliable nanny for their child.I coordinated the team, participated in all stages of development:1) idea (lean canvas, value preposition canvas);2) the customers (SMART) and users objectives (interviews, surveys, creation of persons);3) creation of content and functionality requirements;4) competitor analysis;5) information architecture;6) user flow;7) visual design of the project.Used tools: Miro, Figma, Adobe Photoshop.Now we are working on the presentation of our work for Behance.
