  I completed work experience in a Luxury Bridal Boutique, where I was fortunate enough to engage with a range of roles. The standard and attention to detail of the brand are extremely high and I had to maintain this, keeping the customers experience unique and one of luxury. I assisted on bridal appointments, which consisted of listening and gaining an understanding of what it was the customer was looking for and responding accordingly.   During my time working for Bishops I have gained valuable skills that can be transferred to a range of industries. I was engaging with customers who expected high standards of service, which included maintaining professional relationships with our loyal customers. The level of detail and accuracy was exceptional and I had to constantly maintain this and make sure the standard was upheld. Team work and initiative were two of the most important skills in order to be successful, both of which I take away with me and will continue to use throughout my career. Show less
