  Using Sharepoint, developed new process for employee quality control to ensure the highest quality possibleResearched and established a UAV (Drone) program for aerial video purposes. Expedited FAA Part 107 certification and trained via UAV Experts -- entire department went thru this program and passed certification. Wrote manual, coordinated with IT and Legal departments for a prosperous product launch. The department now has the largest fleet of UAV’s in the country.Created maps in GIS software to show potential clients what our product will look like in new markets and track progress of team.After acquiring apartments.com, led 2 training classes, 50 people each – 2 weeks each teaching how to use the new media equipment, gather research, database entry.
