Activities and Societies: In 1993 I received a two months scholarship from Fukuoka University, Fukuoka, Japan, to study the analysis of EXAFS spectrums and model 3D structures of metal-sugar and metal-protein complexes. In my second university year I started to work for the Department of Inorganic- and Anaytical Chemistry with prof. László Nagy and his team of researchers. Worked on several science projects, entered into the National Scientific Students' Conference with the topic: Determination of local structure of cupper(II)-2-amino-1,6-anhidro-2-dezoxi-ß-D-glykopiranose complex with EXAFS method.

A critical member of the innovation team identifying and developing data filtering rules and patterns and evaluating results. Utilized Apache Hadoop-based big data solutions to create data service products and develop future GE Lighting technologies. I designed and created a "Living Lab" installation of an image pattern recognition-based vision system for a critical customer account. Also built, configured, and programmed a Raspberry Pi cluster and tested computer system viability for in-situ image processing. Show less Successfully led design and construction of 600 m2 GE “Lighting Experience Center” while ensuring project was completed within 1 ½ year timeline and $1 million budget. Coordinated and managed a joint team of EMEA sales, Engineering, Marketing and Communication personnel and an Italian design studio. Personally created wiring plan of 15 km cables, control logic with 700 switching points and programmed control system from Qbus for Experience Center. Also managed the WattMiser++ NPI Linear Fluorescent lamp family project, including product development, international production programming, resolving technical difficulties and liaising with suppliers. After closing Hungarian factory halfway through project completion, I coordinated with the Chinese supplier to transfer manufacturing line as expeditiously as possible. Successfully completed the NPI project two months ahead of schedule and within budget. Show less
