  I lead a team of network automation developers, as we work to enable the network automation centers in their day-to-day operations. Acted as the Product Manager leading a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agile Release Train. Worked to ensure business priorities stayed in sync with the IT roadmap, and kept my 6 Agile teams organized and productive. Develop and maintain network automations for the cutting-edge Verizon Intelligent Edge Network (IEN), as well as the legacy IP network space. Identify opportunities to create automation in support of the Verizon Intelligent Edge Network (iEN). Using a combination of Verizon homegrown tools and Python scripting, I work to improve efficiency and reduce costs for the Network Management Centers I support. Work within the Agile process, using tools like JIRA. Provide operations support for the Private IP, Public IP, and Intelligent Edge Networks for Verizon. I work to automate the networks I support, utilizing homegrown Verizon tools in conjunction with Python scripting. Monitor and act upon switch alarms in the GMPLSNOC (Global Multi-Protocol Label Switching Network Operating Center).
