Email Verification Status

Triple-Layer Email Verification for Accuracy

Every email from DeepEnrich goes through a rigorous three-step verification process to ensure reliability. If one provider flags an email as invalid, we continue cross-checking with multiple sources until we confirm its validity or rule out all possibilities.

Email Status Categories

Email Classification Based on Deliverability

DeepEnrich categorizes emails into four types to help you assess reliability:

  • Deliverable – Highly reliable with a 2% bounce rate.
  • High Probability – Likely valid, though categorized as catch-all, with an 8% bounce rate.
  • Catch-All – May be deliverable but uncertain, with a 26% bounce rate.
  • Invalid – High risk of bouncing; not recommended for outreach.

"most_probable_email" Field

Optimized Email Selection for Accuracy

This field returns the most reliable email with the lowest bounce rate. If multiple valid emails are available, the system prioritizes the one closest to the user-provided domain while excluding any invalid addresses.

"most_probable_email_status" Field

Email Status for the Most Probable Email

This field defines the deliverability status of the email provided in the "most_probable_email" field. It helps determine whether the email is a deliverable, high probability, catch-all, or invalid, ensuring you make informed outreach decisions.
